Agreement: I acknowledge and agree that I am only renting trade tables from the Mineola Civic Center and their representatives and that I am not entering into a “Bailor-Bailee” relationship regarding the items I will have on my trade table(s). I recognize and accept all rules and regulations regarding this show. I assume sole and absolute authority and control over each and every item I will place on my trade table(s) and reserve the right to remove all of these items at the close of the show each day should I so elect. I will have an attendant at my table(s) at all times, from opening to closing. As additional consideration for the trade table(s) made available to me, I expressly waive all claims of any kind, including bailment, against the Mineola Civic Center their representatives of any mishap, injury or loss occurring before, during or after the Mineola Knife and Gun Show.
